How do I log in to my account through ThriveCart?

Once you’ve completed your purchase on ThriveCart, you’ll receive an email from accounts@thrivecart.net with your registration and/or login details. 

I didn’t receive my login email. What should I do?

Can I use my Sew and Tell account to access multiple courses?

  • Yes, once logged into your account, all the courses you’ve purchased will be available on your dashboard.
    If you have purchased courses through different emails and would like to merge your accounts, you can submit a support ticket here.

I’m having trouble logging into my account. What should I do?

  • Ensure you’re using the correct email and password from your ThriveCart confirmation email. If issues persist, try resetting your password or you can submit a support ticket here.

What should I do if a course video won’t load?

  • Check you have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, try refreshing the page or using a different browser. For further help, you can submit a support ticket here.
